Shopping
Convenient access, friendly service and the lure of one-of-a-kind finds woo shoppers to Everett merchants.
Whether it’s the Everett Mall, a 58-acre retail center, or the thousands of retail shops nestled into byways and neighborhoods throughout the Everett area, you can find what you’re looking for in Everett. Gourmet and ethnic groceries, coffee shops, bookstores, specialty retailers and more make the Everett area an exciting and unexpected shopping destination.
The Everett Mall was constructed and opened in 1974 and is one of the historical retail anchors for Snohomish County. This one level enclosed regional shopping center has over 672,000 square feet of retail space. The Mall is anchored by three major tenants, The Bon Marche, Mervyn’s and Sears. In addition to these three anchors are over 110 specialty tenants which are complimented by 12 food court tenants. After much anticipation, Everett Mall is getting a new look during Phase One of a multi-phase property redevelopment that began in September of 2002. The cosmetic upgrade will outfit the mall with a new interior paint scheme, lighting scheme, ceiling and floor treatments and several architectural feature areas. Stone and timber design elements will be incorporated to embrace the history and natural resources of Snohomish County.
