The strength of Snohomish County lies in its partnerships. Whether it is a network of Chamber members reaching out to support one another or economic development initiatives designed to ensure a prosperous tomorrow, Snohomish County's business advocacy organizations know that working together benefits all.

The region takes particular pride in the many innovative partnerships it has formed to help its businesses prosper. Local governments, the Economic Development Council of Snohomish County, the Everett Area Chamber and many other organizations work together to encourage responsible economic growth in Snohomish County and to leverage initiatives to increase economic vitality and preserve our region's quality of life.

For example, the Everett Area Chamber partners with the City of Everett, Snohomish County, the Economic Development Council and other county-based Chambers and organizations on a wide range of issues. Areas of focus include stabilizing and expanding the manufacturing base, especially for high-technology-related firms; providing a range of educational opportunities for citizens; providing safe neighborhoods; and building an infrastructure capable of supporting our county's future.
